Also, American Mantis Kung Fu was founded on July 15th, 1991 in Caracas, Venezuela developing and improving the most efficient and effective techniques from other traditional martial arts (Kung Fu North Praying Mantis, American TaeKwonDo, KickBoxing, Self Defense & Street Fighting). American Mantis Kung Fu involves complete style that contains Traditional Forms, Weapons, Sport Combat, and Extreme Self Defense Programs. In fact, American Mantis Kung Fu has adapted new techniques offering the best protection for every one. This martial arts system is effective to be applied on different kinds of fighting.
